Tim:
Tim had completed his new set of armor and weapons. He had them all in a mechanical suitcase he would carry with him. He had spent the last few days developing a bomb. The bomb was small, yet powerful. He planted it underneath one of the bunks, set to explode in 24 hours.
(this was 24 hours before the race)
As Cooper dealt with Chip and Mari, both with their own problems, the chaos was about to escalate.
Trinity:
Trinity walked back to her own cabin, intending to take a short nap to rest. However as she walked past the Hephaestus cabin, she got an uneasy feeling. Trinity shrugs off the feeling, and as she walks away, the entire cabin explodes.

Trinity gets up, the area around her is somewhat grey, and her vision is blurred. She looks to where the hephaestus cabin is. Or what used to be the hephaestus cabin. The explosion had destroyed most of the cabin, with only the foundation appearing sporadically among the now blackened grass.

Trinity gets up, the area around her is somewhat grey, and her vision is blurred. She looks to where the hephaestus cabin is. Or what used to be the hephaestus cabin. The explosion had destroyed most of the cabin, with only the foundation appearing sporadically among the now blackened grass.

After hearing the explosion, Katherine runs outside, seeing her sister staring at the wreckage of the Hephaestus cabin. "Are you okay?" she asks her sister, looking her down. "What happened?" she asks, to no one in particular. "Was anyone in there?" she asks.
Elizabeth sees the wreckage, before turning inside. "There was a explosion in the Hephaestus cabin." she explains to Chip. "And that's not a surprise, but it destroyed the whole thing." she adds.
After hearing the explosion, Katherine runs outside, seeing her sister staring at the wreckage of the Hephaestus cabin. "Are you okay?" she asks her sister, looking her down. "What happened?" she asks, to no one in particular. "Was anyone in there?" she asks.

After Trinity's ears stop ringing, she investigates the smoldering ruins of the Hephaestus cabin. Very little remains except for small patches of wood and fire. In the rubble, Trinity finds a small metal creature. Inspecting its charred remains, she identifies it as a sort of metal lizard.
Suddenly realizing she should report the explosion to somebody, Trinity runs towards Cooper's cabin.

Cooper was tending to Chip and Mari when Trinity suddenly burst into the room.
"The Hephaestus cabin... blew up." She says bluntly.
