Powerful houses battle for control of the realm, forging powerful alliances, devious betrayals and bloody battles. As the realm shakes beneath the iron boots of these houses, new threats emerge from every direction, threatening the very existence of even the most powerful heroes and foe! House Selmont's words are: "The Lone Wolf Dies", a reminder of what should happen if House Selmont is ever divided. The black wolf covers the crests of House Selmont, symbolizing the deadly, fierce yet bonding and strong ties within House Selmont. House Selmont is infamously known for it's set of Bloodscale armor, crafted from the bones and blood of enemies House Selmont has slain in battle, it's metals smelted from metals plundered from enemy territories. House Valliard is renowned across the realm as one of nobility, pride and selflessness. Seldom few outside of Valliard walls know that these morals have all but drained from the once honorable house. Upon it's throne now sits Regina, a wealthy and desperate queen. Under the stress and burden of her territory, Regina has turned to bribery and the advice of those who wish ill upon her house. Valliard's words are "Honor the Code", another sad reminder of Valliard's once grand state. A set of 5 laws, known as the Code reign over it's citizens, though many have since been ignored or disregarded. Many of its citizens flaunt their wealth, wearing white silks and beautiful gems in their attire. Perhaps Lancaster's signature sign of power is their bank. The Bank of Bataleur as it's called. A massive fortress, guarded by the strongest dragons gold can buy, holding the bulk of Lancaster's wealth. From this castle, Lancaster lends out it's money to the other houses, the transactions overviewed by the High Council.

Background:
House Selmont bravely controls the entirety of Sornieth's northern borders, defending itself with castles such as Harlston, Eddardson and most infamously, Blackrun Pass, said to be the best guarded castle in all of Sornieth. House Selmont's words are: "The Lone Wolf Dies", a reminder of what should happen if House Selmont is ever divided. House Valliard rules with a once noble fist in the south-west regions of Sornieth. House Valliard is renowned across the realm as one of nobility, pride and selflessness. Seldom few outside of Valliard walls know that these morals have all but drained from the once honorable house. Upon it's throne now sits Regina, a wealthy and desperate queen. Under the stress and burden of her territory, Regina has turned to bribery and the advice of those who wish ill upon her house.
