Task #2 Went on a walk and saw tons of flowers popping up from underneath the dead leaves! It was great to see some colour in those spots again

I got a couple of shinies, they were super lucky and caught a bunch of shinies! Also traded for some Pokemon. It was a fun time :D

She is so very pretty with her colors & skincent, it's very simple but she is still really lovely to gaze upon, it all makes for a great combination! :D Her name is very fitting too, I definitely can see the inspiration for it as her whole make-up is very reminiscent of the great trees, good choice :D the flowers are a nice touch too and I like how their leaves match her eyes! Her lore is fascinating too, what a family she has! Good thing to know she's healthy as can be, if a bit smaller than her brethren but still thriving all the same ^^) She looks very kind and gentle, too, like she could talk with a soft voice & carry herself with a peaceful demeanor, perhaps :) I like what you've done with her, well done! I love how the oranges in everything matches his Tertiary so well and the flaxen colors of the rest of it really goes great with his Primary, too! :D He looks like he loves oranges too, given the fruit that dances across his hide ^^) I love what you've done with him, it's so perfect! :D [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/90192659][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/901927/90192659_350.png[/img][/url] @Jeth I really like your dragon and was drawn to him for some reason, maybe it's the soft white hues he has and the lovely Nature-addition with the Gladegift Garlands :D I also really like the cream-colored apparel he has as well, it really plays well with his Primary & matches good :D the Garlands are a nice touch too as it makes me think it's as though he wears them as an homage back to his Nature roots, despite being in another clan ^^) they also match his eyes so that's a nice touch too! His blue apparel is also a nice splash of color :) oh, and the yellow of the Gladegift Garlands also goes well with the cream of his armor, that's also a nice touch ^^) all in all, a very lovely dragon that is very calming & soothing to look at, nice work :D [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/90679302][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/906794/90679302_350.png[/img][/url] @SilentWanderer Another lovely dragon, I keep being drawn to yours XD :D :) Everything about this Auraboa is amazing too, I love what you've done with him! His skincent is so perfect for him, it really caught my eye :D I love the roses & swirly bits and how the soft creams of the colors used in it go so well with his rich brown Primary and the lighter Secondary, but are still enough to stand out & draw the eye around his wonderful color palette ^^) I love how his Familiar is matching too, they go together so perfectly, that was a nice touch! :D and also his background Scene is the icing on the cake, as the deep colors make him stand out even more & give him a very homely feel. I could totally see him curled up in a nook with a book, quietly sipping some warm tea (or drink of choice) as the sunlight streams in through the window, spilling over & warming his back, nestled up with Dapple, without a care as the world goes by beyond the halls of the quiet study ^^) Nadira is gorgeous, another dragon well done! She is absolutely stunningly beautiful and I loved reading her lore, too! It's so detailed and quite well written, I love the backstory she was given :D I laughed too when she met Destrier, that was a funny part XD I also like how the part of wearing masks was incorporated, that's quite a good point that can be made about society and how some feel like they have to live like that, that was quite poignant & interesting :) I also love her outfit & how well they play with her colors! She is a very gorgeous dragon, too! :D [emoji=coatl star size=1] Everything about her is absolutely beautamous, nicely done! :D ^^)

DeterminedMedlly has had both a growth spurt AND a transition. He is now a gangly "technically adult" Guardian dragon which feels very right to him (the image below is from imgur so it will NOT update). [img]https://i.imgur.com/4aL3ekE.png[/img] Task #1 Looking around to see various relatives, DeterminedMedly noted a relative who is quite small: Marshstem Who currently resides in the lair of @toastedpencils [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/85168499][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/851685/85168499_350.png[/img][/url] DeterminedMedly found a mage-tank battle build that might be really cool for Marshstem to use, https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/2396858/1 so he sent a couple of Baldwin enhanced battlestones [item=Empathetic Regeneration] and [item=Plumed Anticipate] and the message system was being wonky so this was eventually sent via crossroads. WHEW [rule] Task #2 Havok (and Polly) [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/86545379][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/865454/86545379_350.png[/img][/url] Noticed that some of the Magnolia type flowers are just starting to emerge with very fuzzy buds that look kind of like pussywillows. [rule] Task #3 Compliments As noted previously, Marshstem is a very intriguing dragon [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/85168499][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/851685/85168499_350.png[/img][/url] The use of the accent blends well with his coloration and gives him a determined look I also admire Tawny [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/92223593][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/922236/92223593_350.png[/img][/url] from the lair of @Thymumdraconiss Her dark counterpointed coloration makes me think of a lovely Siamese cat. Her beautiful mother, Thyme [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/86263673][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/862637/86263673_350.png[/img][/url] From the lair of @SilentWanderer Shares the same brown/golden coloration, and what I think is even more interesting is that Thyme's jewelry and outfit makes it very subtle at first to note that she is also a multi-gaze. I've been sleeping on this, so I've already missed out on the tickets I could get for task #2, but I do still want to participate. I'll start by sharing my only CotG dragon, Ierama, from the fourth generation. I should probably ask to be on the pinglist if he gets mentioned by someone else, but I'd be (pleasantly!) surprised if anyone does, haha. (A while ago, I commissioned some art of him and his best bud, Xenon the Dusthide, flying through a fireworks-lit night, if you're curious) I'm sorry to say Ierama himself is more of a "support from the sidelines" kind of guy recently, but I'm still doing my best to brighten people's days by doing things like keeping my [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/lair/104430/2220773?name=&type=undefined]Giveaways[/url] tab stocked after sending someone a free Gold/Gold/Gold Guardian, or offering free nests on the Nest Network, which hopefully count. For task #2, for today, I'll say that I walked out to a park about 20 minutes away and got some nice photos of a stream there. I go for walks most days, so that might be the most common thing if I keep mentioning things... For task #3, I'll go through the other pages in this thread and pick out a few I like. Task #3 Once again DeterminedMedly (the image below is from imgur, so it will not update) [img]https://i.imgur.com/4kPw7wu.png[/img] Has found someone terribly interesting to compliment. from the lair of @Onkeip The lovely Olyvia [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/79201473][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/792015/79201473_350.png[/img][/url] Observant people will say "well, that's not such a stretch, she was mentioned really recently" but DeterminedMedly totally spun by that post, and ran into her by hopping up and down lineage lines. The first thing he noticed is that there seems always to be a little bit of wind blowing around her, the lanterns and the petals and leaves are always moving! Also she has flowers for eyes which is really really amazing, and lastly she has very weird pets (remember, he is young, so weird=cool) a lizard AND a Bird AND a sort of glowy looking colony of mushrooms! Really the only thing she is missing is a sword...

I love it when it's a gradient of blue, with the darkest being nearest to the ground (from my perspective) and the palest being overhead. It's so beautiful.
