Alrighty, thanks! It's a bit strange that the lines aren't dark; I color-dropped them and noticed they're not perfectly black. I haven't colored them, though, and the shadows are definitely set to multiply. I think they might have come partially transparent (when I color them black with transparency locked, they stay not-black).

oh! I wasn't aware it was transparent. In that case, you should be fine - it's lighter because the transparency will also make the shadows and lines partially transparent, and that's fine ^^

I'll still submit the lighter version to be safe, so thanks for prompting me to lighten it up. I was a little worried it'd be too dark already, but the light version looks better line-wise (and also very similar to the darker version in general). My last fest submission didn't make it, and when I tried to print it, it was rejected for lines being too light, which was kind of a bummer since that means it was probably disqualified from the start for that. I'm looking to avoid that this time around!
