Nyissas loves the holidays. For the past two years he has been an elf in the secret santa exchange held across Sornieth, however this year the whole burrow has decided to help share the holiday spirit by setting up an advent scavenge challenge, where dragons are exchanged between lairs to spread some holiday cheer. Leaders of the lairs take part in a scavenger hunt in order to have a chance in winning. Nyissas helps manage the scavenge with the help of the burrow.
As for decorating the lair - the hatchlings do the decorating with the help of the adults. Some adults are more willing then others however and many are quite specific in how they'd like their own individual homes decorating. No tinsel is allowed at all however, especially near the ever-burning flame at the centre of the burrow. Snow is eargely anticipated each year - snowdragons are the main feature of the burrow each year!

It may not be the most creative or coherent outfit ever, but Carnation here is my first Boreal Woods trainer and I figured I’d dress her for the chill! Although if we’re going by appearance alone, ironically this fellow might fit the theme better, if only for the whites and blues (and of course Ice element):
