You have been flying for hours, and it's really starting to wear on you. Your eyes search for some sort of respite amidst the waves--an island? A sandbar? At this point, you'd take a piece of flotsam if it looked sturdy enough to hold you. Your eyes fix on the horizon. Something hazy and gray peeks up from the roiling waves. The shore? You put on a burst of energy as the wall grows larger and larger in your field of vision. Yes! You've reached the Cliff on the other side of the Sea of a Thousand Currents. You picture the cool sands of the Tsunami Flats beneath your talons as you recuperate for the rest of your journey. But something else lifts into view the closer you get. A band of green clings to the base of the cliffs, standing out sharply against the pale sand and stern gray stone. A forest? It seems so out of place. Even stranger, you can see spires rising out of the verdant spread. Towers, guarding...a city? Yes, you can see the walls now. There are dragons in that forest. The green stretches on as far as your eyes can see; no white-sand beaches for you, it seems. You briefly contemplate just pushing to the top of the Cliffs and camping away from the threat of strange dragons and their strange forest. But your wings protest, screaming for reprieve. It looks like you're going to need to chance the city. As you approach, you see two promising places to land. A sprawling dock complex hugs the shoreline, tethering a number of trade barges to the land. Further inland, past the city walls, a tall tower looks over the buildings beneath it. A warm beacon fire sits at its top, seemingly welcoming weary travelers like yourself. [b][font=wingdings 3]i[/font] land at the docks. [font=wingdings 3]i[/font] land on the tower.[/b][/center]

A low stone wall wraps around its edge, offering a wide vista of the main city. It's larger than you realized, sprawling out in all directions from the tower. The Obelisk gestures to a row of plush couches and floor pillows lining the walls. Rumpled blankets indicate that they have seen use as recently as this same morning, and you briefly wonder just how many dragons come through here on their own personal quests. As your guide moves to light the hearth in the center of the room, you pick a particularly appealing couch and settle down, grabbing a still-folded blanket and wrapping it around your shoulders. The sea-breezes are quite chilly!
