Plus, whe has gathered more than enough materials through this, better than whatever he can give her to sculpt with anyways. Unfortunately, it was at least another day's worth of travel before she was out of the wastes. Joan sighed. Well, may as well keep an eye out for whatever Hector wanted as she went...

re: 10/31 exploration

Mavuto was startled out of his thoughts by the sudden flight of the tiny batlings, and then cursed himself for letting his mind wander - after all, the Scarred Wasteland was not a place to let one's guard down.

He used a net to snatch them from the air as retribution.

He wondered if that made it more lethal...
