I guess you could call what I have a "retirement home" since I only sell them for what I snag them for off the AH. and any that don't sell stay in my lair as I can't bare to exalt the oldies.. Basically any that are 999,999 to less are free to retire there. though I myself collect 500000 ID and less for myself. LOL I don't breed my dragons anymore anyway and am phasing out the younger ones to better homes. I have a ton of KS and holiday skins up for sale now to help max out my lair space for them!
I may start leveling them to 25 to help them find new homes easier. If anyone wants to pitch in leveling occasionally!

Does that mean that you would be willing to take in any oldies that didn't sell in the ORC? Because that would be great!
I imagine there could still be a 'retirement home' thread that I link to from the ORC or something, if you'd like. Or you put something in their description stating they are looking for a new home and I link to your lair?
That way the ORC is a small thing with the potentially fancy new ones which keeps updating, and you have a bigger but calmer version, with dragons which may not be the easiest to sell but which might still be someone's dream dragon. PLUS a levelled oldies department. (Totally imagining wrinkled grey dragons waving swords about, btw.)
Or we can keep them separate, of course.

But one day someone will find them valuable. I will probably put what I paid for any in their bio so I don't forget.

So I've been peeking at the spreadsheet for Ice's dom raffle and I'm happy to report that out of over 3,000 dragons exalted to the Icewarden already, only FOUR had 6 digit ID#s. No 5 or lower digits, luckily. Not too bad, it looks like people are paying attention to what they're exalting! :3
We'll see how the rest of the week goes.

I am actually glad I stumbled upon this; I happened to find my way here via the ORA which was a banner someone had in their signature.
I heard a while ago that dragons with significantly low ID's were becoming rare and valuable. Whilst I did not know this when I first started, I happened to realize one of my lovely dergs (and is NOT one of my progens!) happens to be a four digit.

This is Miney. I acquired her not long after my ingratiation into FR and never realized exactly what I had sitting here.
Though I now know dragons with ID's like her's are highly sought after. I had started a gene project on her as her original colors were crap. Six attempts later and I got a set of fairly decent colors~
Lavender/Purple/Charcole.
The tert does kinda... Yeah suck. But the Lavender and the purple? I plan to make it work despite the rather ugly tert.
I want to fully gene her in the future. I was just curious as to what could be the monetary value of a four digit G2 bred WC? I had been wondering for sometime just what I may have here.
Considering how much collectors value is falling on low digits, I plan to be hunting a few down at some point.
