An epithet, their job, maybe a bit about their personality, or a lore tidbit for all dragons that I have some bit of lore for. Basically anything to fit into the short character limit that gives you the "gist" of the dragon.
Some dragons have old quotes I put in there that I'm trying to replace. Some have short silly ones, some just have their colours or purpose in my lair, but those are all for dragons that I haven't got much or any lore for.
Examples:
Enthusiastic writer and food critic
First line of defense, rumoured demigoddess
Long time prestigious surgeon, works and teaches at hospital
The Immortal King
"You don't listen to nature, you are powerless."
For dragons without lore:
Don't let this creature sniff you
10th Anniversary!
Crim... Your eyes...?!
Imperial Statue
Abyss/Abyss/Phthalo

My dragon broadcasts are all things that I imagine they'd say. Or a catchphrase of sorts.

Mine are really boring lol. It's always [name], [occupation] (or nothing if they're unemployed | [pronouns]. However, if it's a dragon with some kind of title as opposed to a last name, I'll use that (Example:
Mordred)

i like to make my dragon broadcasts something they'd say, often (but not always) in conversation with the dragons that they're next to! my favourite convo is this mother daughter duo

but you can also see a conversation happening in the first and second tabs of my lair!

Mostly I just use it to label dragons. Which ones have lore and which ones don’t, if their bios are used for something like tracking my projects, or for memes related to their name like what I did in Starshine’s bio

my broadcast messages atm are always lyrics to whatever song is currently in my bio [emoji=everlux happy size=1]
EDIT: just saw the clarification OOPS. to correct myself on that: they're always either lyrics or quotes!

Typically I'll put quotes from other media or jokes generally related to the dragon's concept in their broadcast message as a placeholder.
After a while I might come up with something that the character would say or do in the presence of a reader-insert dragon that relates back to their primary story/demeanor.
So for instance
Tsalani is supposed to be speaking to the reader (in order to convey her sentimentality and prioritization of relationships), while
Malo's depicts her performing an action near the reader that they might observe from her (depicting her distance, mystique, and beginning some intrigue with her brooch). In a few rare cases I'll write a more prophetic narrative quote that has a similar effect, and may span multiple dragons such as
Kiriah and
Negasi's joint message
Personally, I like to use the opportunity to convey a strong first impression of the character. Until I come up with something it's just a bit of fun at the story's expense though.
Edit to clarify: I cover the rest of my bases by putting info such as pronouns distinctly at the top of their bio in a way that's consistent across most of my lair

Usually a little tidbit, sometimes cryptic, that gives you a general idea of the dragon's job, nature, or priorities in life.
Or just something dumb. I'm never changing the "I'm with stupid -->" and "<-- stupid's with me" pair.
