indentRagtime is a bard, writing and performing songs alongside her mother Kenai. Her origins are a bit… unorthodox. She was created in the Medical Lab through the experimentation of her other mother Llueve, using biomass that Cobre could somehow live without, and a combination of Lightning and Plague magic. The expected results were just some muscle movement– a blink or two, maybe a twitch of a claw if they were lucky. Instead, she and her brother Ragwort turned out to be more than even homunculi. Mostly living, kind of breathing, and definitely feeling, the two of them were adopted by their creator and her partner, and their creation was documented and kept under wraps, lest their supervisors seek to exploit the process.
indentRagtime ended up taking great interest in her mother Kenai’s culture as a Nacrean Skald, and ended up asking for lessons in the arts. As luck would have it, she had perfect pitch. She quickly became a musical virtuoso, more than capable on most instruments, but with an affinity for strings, with her weapon of choice being a wasteland boneharp, gifted to her by Llueve, with parts scavenged by Cobre. Soon after that, she started working under her mother as an apprentice, and providing a soundtrack to her words, lyrics, and hijinks. She tends to be more straight-laced and reserved than her, but she’s still her mother’s child.
