- The clan enjoys another peaceful moon, as Eaglestar's and Brownfoot's kits eagerly wait to become apprentices, while Spiderflower and Steadyflame enjoy their quiet days together and watch their grand-kits play. Meanwhile, Frostthorn tries to spend as much time as possible around Fallowfur as possible, though her brother, Hailcrash, teases her for it.
- For her warrior assessment, Eaglestar sends Leapingpaw out hunting on her own. When she returns empty-pawed, however, Eaglestar decides that she is not ready and will have to try again next moon.
- Although Rabbitspot wanted to confess his feelings to Cinnamonleaf, he found himself far too busy with his healer duties this moon to find the right time to. As such, he decides to try again next moon instead.

-With the prey so plentiful, the apprentices have an easy time with their warrior assessments. Beechpaw is given the name
Beechfoot for his quickness, and Blizzardpaw is given the name
Blizzardsplah for her impeccable fishing skills.
-Daisypetal has given birth to her kits! She names them
Smallkit and
Lavenderkit. Bearlight continues to hang around the nursery. Whatever feelings he has, he keeps to himself.

Drought has came to the clan, and Lilackit, Mudpelt, and Murkfall is dead. The clans are grieving, while Rosefall, Freezewing and Flutterpaw are devastated to see Mudpelt gone. However, the formally Mistclan warriors and apprentice are starting to gain some trust at Forestclan cats after experiencing the same grief. Marigoldpaw is mentored to Clearwing, and Flutterpaw is mentored to Cloudfern.
Fogfrost has four new kits: Smokekit, Honeykit, Nightkit, and Brookkit! However, Fogfrost is crestfallen to see that Honeykit is blind, but she is hopeful and is a very cheerful kit.
Dawnkit and Brightkit are now apprentices, mentored to Deerfoot and Bubbleshine. The two apprentice are grieving that Lilackit or Flowkit won't be joining them, but they're willing to serve the clan well.
Fluffpaw and Bushpaw are now warriors, Fluffpelt and Bushleap. Cloudfern is happy to know that her siblings are now warriors as well.
Mintwhisker confess his feelings to Cloudfern in front of everyone. Cloudfern is a bit embarrassed, but happy because she has always loved him. They are now mates!
Meadowsong happily declares that she is pregnant. She hadn't exactly told the clan who the father is, but her clanmates are highly suspecting that it's Max, who is her mate, and is lingering around the nursery a lot.

What promising kits! It looks like Redmoon's kits are strong and healthy and ready to become warriors already. Emberpaw will be mentored by Lynxstrike; Willowpaw will be mentored by Serpenteyes; Hailpaw will be mentored by Timberheart, and finally Squirrelpaw will be mentored by Larksong.
Sunstar (aka I) forgot to make Breezekit an apprentice last moon. He is being made an apprentice this moon, and his mentor will be Ivytail.

Thunder leads a patrol consisting of Mousey, Dapple, Diego, and Cricket. It's the middle of the night, which is usually fairly quiet around their parts, but tonight there's a few rambunctious young Twolegs out and about. Upon spotting the cats in the distance, the Twolegs begin chasing them down and throwing rocks at them! The cats scatter in different directions in an attempt to get away. Thanks to Diego's quick thinking, he manages to grab Cricket by the scruff of their neck and drag them into a narrow passage. They escape successfully. However, Thunder, Mousey and Dapple fail to return to camp by dawn, and nobody knows what happened to them.

Honey's devastated to learn of her mate's disappearance. Silver does her best to be supportive despite her usually aloof personality, as she doesn't want Honey's unborn kits to be affected by her emotional state. Many others are left in a foul mood as well, particularly Patch, Amber, and Ivy, all of whom were close to the missing cats. Amber and Diego have a heated disagreement, in which Amber tries to blame Diego for the events of the night, but everything is swiftly quelled by Grim, who emphasises that Thunder had been in charge of the patrol, and what had happened was an accident. The argument ends, but tensions remain high.

In happier news, the kits are ready to take up their training. Fox is assigned to Storm, Starling to Amber, and Sandy to Sparrow. Honey feels a little uplifted to see her sons and daughter growing up, but she wishes Thunder were here to see it too.

A patrol consisting of Foxflame, Clearflight, Henfeather, and Minnowsplash encounters a badger near camp. They are able to successfully fight it off but not without sustaining injuries. Elmspirit has determined that everyone will be alright. Foxflame will make a full recovery in 2 moons. Clearflight will fully recover in 1 moon. Henfeather will fully recover in 5 moons, and Minnowsplash will fully recover in 4 moons.
That's about it. It's Newleaf, and the cats are enjoying the warmth.
