Heyla everyone, Someone mentioned that winners were never announced for the contest? Could someone contact me privately and let me know what is up? I went to look at the spreadsheets and saw there were some issues, which I fixed. But have not heard from Sinjin in ages, so do I or the Council need to step in?

Peregrina took a deep breath and fluttering around him bowed deeply to the dragons in front of her.
"I am truly so sorry." She looked up with tears in her eyes. "Life, well it hasn't been kind. And I haven't handled it well. I kept meaning to... But then stress would come. And I do a tiny bit... I'm not trying to excuse myself. There is no excuse and I know that. They were all amazing poems! And you did not deserve this after all your hard work."
She shook her head before hiding behind Herman again.
Herman patted her little pink head. "So to make up for this Everyone will be a winner." We will hold a raffle. Each poem entry from last year will count as a ticket. We've already counted there were 59 poems! But you can also earn one more ticket by saying you want one! the three main prizes will be:

The three UMA will be draw on the first day of the Mistral Jamboree!
But everyone will be sent a random prize via 1[emoji=treasure size=1] PA.
You will have a week to to claim. And since Peregrina is still not flying at top shape. Please understand that all the prize will also be sent 1[emoji=treasure size=1] PA. Well except for Alkonosts and his birds! Also a combine poetry writing competition is be hosted and starts soon! Now onto the main event. Perry?"
Peregrina head popped back up around Herman's shoulders. "It is the Ides of March and that is the day when debt are due. I owe you all a large debt. Let's by announcing the winner. Again, amazing poems! It was so hard to choose!"

Just so glad so see you're back and doing...okay? I hope everything is right as rain for you in no time! (I know 2023 was a doozy for a lot of folks...myself included)
Truth is, I had forgotten all about my entry, so what a surprise! I know the hard work it takes to judge other folks' artistic endeavors, so my hat's off to all the judges!
Regarding the UMA prizes...how can I resist? I would love to get an extra ticket, thanks!
Also, a shout-out to @sockmonkeygerald for keeping the tradition alive with a combined Story & Poetry contest! Looking forward to it!

I am so sorry though that you've been through so much in 2023. Definitely add me to the list of people who have nothing but sympathy with hopes things are or at least will start getting better for you and all the other judges <3
Anyway, I am over the moon enough with the grand prize and do not need another extra prize to make up for the delay. Thanks so much <3
