I recently got this girl off the AH and have already created an Outfit I like for her. Both versions look lovely, but I think that Seaweed balances her look more! Of course, if your intention is to make her as flashy as possible, then I'd say Sunrise. Sunrise mane and Seaweed tail might also look great on her?

I prefer Seaweed! Stands out from the silks more :>

I agree with Denial! if you want a flashy look go for sunrise, if you want balance go for seaweed
