Can you make multiple accounts, like one regular account and one nuzlocke account, or can you only create one account on the website? I'm just curious, so I thought that I could ask it here.

no, you are not allowed to have multiple accounts.

@Aquasparky No, you can't have more than one account for any reason.
It might be worth having another read through the Terms of Use since you agreed to follow it when you made your account:
