I can dislocate my shoulder at will and feel no pain.

if i focus hard enough i can hear my own tinnitus at any point in time! (it varies in volume normally, but i can focus on it)

generally am able to ignore sounds selectively- i'm hard of hearing and have just. idk practiced it constantly lmao (this does NOT work in the reverse normally, if i focus too hard on one sound its like trying to stop my leg bobbing or something. bad and uncomfortable)
