I don't think they're going to do it so soon. Everlux feel like they just came out (I think the gene error threads for them recently finished closing). On top of the Mistral Jam, we'll then have Marva for a day, and that seems like way too much jammed into a short period, especially right after Springswarm.

And Fathoms had nothing to do with Ancients OR an elemental holiday; they were part of the anniversary, plus they're Moderns, so they don't fit into this example pattern.

Also, the Devs have been very quick to state that any updates and maintenance AREN'T going to be new breeds lately. I don't think it's soon, and even releasing right before the day of the fest would hardly give time for skins and accents to be designed.

I'm hoping for an anniversary release and something fun like the Unfathomable Odessey, maybe a continuation of that, even.

I don't know if it matters to anyone here; but I've been mostly spot on predicting new releases based on paying attention to what's happening and my gut instints. I don't know if it will make it by Tuesday but I feel quite confident it will not be any later than April. Tuesday would be AWESOME!

Plus, what others have said. When we're doing a lot of guessing and we're way off, they always let us know we are off.

i'm one of the ppl that really hopes they don't rush out an ancient just to meet a half-self-half-community-imposed deadline of the ancient getting their fest genes... but i also don't care very much about the fest genes to begin with (or ancients, really), so this is more just me hoping that the devs don't feel like they're being rushed or crunched for this. the less time given between breed releases means the more errors and issues they'll be released with. i guess well see today if they do pop the whole hype bubble or indeed do drop a teaser. i do hope its the latter and the fact that they havent STILL said "hey wait for the ancient just a bit longer" makes me hope it is

im just particularly restless about this because this is MY ancient that ive been waiting for for so long. i dont even need the genes necessarily
(although if they do miss it i think they should just get the gene regardless without having to wait a whole year for another mistjam. that restriction is just silly. let dusthides have rockbreaker without having to wait for november)

as for the general time range i found when the teaser forum posts were made (fr time), going back to 2023, and i think you can expect something around here

but yeah. for real though if it werent my flights ancient i wouldnt be hoping so much for it to drop sooner. but lets hope for everyones sake that the ancient releases slow down after that
