my random progen! got some pretty horrible colours, but I managed to wrangle them together into something I really like :D

was on the front page on 24/11/2022, the first dragon of mine to ever be there (to my knowledge)

Tevos was the second member of the clan, after the clan's creator, Soro.

Soro is a very impulsive person, so although she knew to find a good place to build a clan in and even started construction, she didn't have any plan going forward, including what other dragons would even be a part of it!

Tevos came across the clan when he grew extremely dissatisfied with how his old home was run, and needed a place to settle along with the daughter that had been dumped on his doorstep at his old home. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to start living in a clan that had barely been started, but he very much liked the idea of helping to create a new place that he would be more happy with, as well as finding himself oddly fond of Soro's more impulsive nature, despite being nearly the opposite in terms of personality.

He was extremely good at hunting, not so much building, so while Soro continued to (literally) build the clan alongside the new members who kept showing up every so often, he stayed in charge of feeding their efforts for a long time. Although he was Arva's primary caregiver, Soro helped him a lot with figuring out how to take care of a small child, since Tevos had never pictured himself having kids until one was thrust upon him.

In his old clan he was fairly strict and rather sullen, but fatherhood and Soro's companionship softened his personality a lot. Several years later, when Arva was older and Soro had stepped down from her position as clan leader, Tevos formally asked her to be his queerplatonic partner. She enthusiastically agreed, and they have been partners every since.

As the clan grew even more, he eventually settled into more of a background position, and he now serves as more of an advisor and teacher than anything else.

especially the digital one, which is super washed-out looking without a filter :P but it WAS the first drawing I made on my drawing tablet after not having it for like a year, so!)

I will redraw this digitally someday, I'm not the best at group drawings haha
this was Tevos when he was a bit younger, as you can tell Arva was still a kid here!

Off the bat, I am in love with his style! It is simple but very elegant, and it really shows off the dragon underneath.

My three favorite things about this dragon:

The gene + apparel combo is spectacular! I love how the vines match with the highlights of wasp and the rings' ribbon matches with flair. I find it very satisfying to look at.
His art! What a cute and clever gijinka! His secondary being his coat and the glass body are really nice details. I love the pose in the art as well. I love his energy.
His personality! To springboard off the previous point, I am very fond of how in his lore, he made a better place for himself with dragons he loved and he got softer.. I think it is very sweet

Overall a very unique dragon. For random colors, I think they are actually quite stunning! Especially with the genes given.
