My main clan/tribe for the most part lives out in the open, with dens in the earth and minimalistic building outside of their den to provide shelter from rain/sandstorms/etc. Though the tribe's leader seems pretty keen on her den being the most fancy of them all and doesn't particularly enjoy being stuck up in a small den in the ground... her den is very easy to pick out from others.
My other clan, a band of outcasts, are constantly on the move and only have time to find dry and/or wet caves to hide out in before moving on, they don't spend any time building whatsoever.

I hoard:
Nocturne Puppet
Trinkets
A hand-crafted Nocturne marionette. This one has a strangely-long snout and looks as though it's been through a lot.

main clan lives in a complex underground series of tunnels. easiest and cheapest for expanding, after all. while there's no unneccesary extravagance in the building, it's nothing you could call bad- shaped to be able to hold the weight of even the heaviest imperials without issue. it's tried and tested.
secondary clan is trying to rebuild after a disaster. the ruins they try to rebuild have some great architecture, but clumsy, desperate claws can't remake it all, so more ragged structures do. the caves are naturally shaped, but murals and decorations have been carved and painted into the walls by a few artistic dragons. scavengers build what they can with what they have- normally very cunningly designed, but not the kind of structure made to last. they live more in the open.

Wysteria harbors most of the clan's collection of airships and hot air balloons.
The ships and balloons are the architecture in this harbor territory. The balloons are built in the 18th century style and the air ships are very steampunk in design. Most of the ships are powered by fire dragons and steam but the clan's flag ship the "El Dorado" is more like an old sailing ship (think pirate of the Caribbean style but more mesoamerican in theme). That ship is powered by wind and wind dragons.

Location: The Lightning Farm
Enigma is a clock tower in the Lightning Farm that signals the start and end of shift times. This territory was literally inspired by the Prague Astronomical Clock so the actual clock in the tower looks like that clock but the tower itself looks a bit dystopian. The tower looks like a patch work of a bunch of different building styles. It's also slightly crooked. The inside is mostly steampunk architecture.

The Ruins of Arúndale was once a thriving Gaoler city hidden and well defended within the cradle of the great icy mountain range but that was an age ago. When the Icewarden recalled all the gaolers back to the Fortress of Ends, Arúndale was abandoned. The valley exudes special primal, non-elemental magic that keeps the valley in a perpetual springtime.

We live in the Cloudsong
The entire clan is held up by balloons and magic. Public/communal areas have designated colors, guests balloons are white, and each private/paired room has that members color(s)
For the most part, the swathes of cloth that give privacy are rolled up, to let in sun. Some workshops keep them down, as theirs are treated to deal with fire and magic more than the rest. During the night, private ones are usually rolled down too. Rain as well, and above the walkways there's more rolls, which protect them against the rain. These clothes are subtly angled so that the water rolls down and along until they reach the rolls that reach over the ends, where it drains. All of these rolls are strongly protected against snow and water, as well as spells to encourage the stuff to keep moving. Fire dergs go out and remove ice manually

I'm currently located in the Tempest Spire, so everything is just smooth stone walls carved out of the giant butte. Very plain. The Spire also contains a lot of offices, and the residential areas differ only in layout, not aesthetic. Kinda corporate, but like....cave corporate.
When we move out after the map update, we'll try to get a butte to ourselves, and will probably customize it a bit more then.

Located on the three-way border between Lightning, Fire, and Water, situated on a cliff facing the sea, the main city is made up of a circle of huge skyscraper-size stone pillars, surrounded by gardens. Within the gardens, several dragons have decided to build their own houses instead of live in the apartments of many of the spires. Underground, there is a huge network of caves, the largest of which being Atrium Cave. From Atrium Cave, many smaller tunnels extend, mostly carved out to be private living spaces. There's a whole section of my lore thread devoted to it, but atm it's pretty unfinished.

My clan lives inside a castle that sits at the top of a giant tree (tree castle) and the entrance is a rainbow bridge.
This is all fits inside the Observatory because arcane has magic space. The clan nextdoor are a bunch of imperials that live in one of the Arcanist's shoes.
