This prehistoric giant towers meters higher than most breeds, being a rival to the Imperial breed size. Like Tundras, these dragons developed thick and large amounts of fur and about octillion hairs per square inch (which is significantly bigger) to protect it from low temperatures. The most noticeable feature in the breed is it's magnificent saber teeth made of an opalescent and ice-like material, which reach temperatures below zero and, in fact, do not receive body heat at all. The larger canine teeth grows in length as the Ferus grows older, and seeing an elderly Ferus with teeth that extend to absurd lenghts is quite a breath-taking scene to see. The saber teeth never ceases to grow and gets itchy over time which causes Feri to aggressively gnaw on hard surfaces on daily basis, fearing the danger of their saber teeth to grow at such large length that it might curl up and pierce their skull, resulting in death.
