For those who are asking who Fred is:
There was a dragon a while back who was a male snapper that was passed around various users along with his marva eyes and skin. When you have a dragon in your lair, you can make them your avatar and then even if you trade them away, as long as you don't change it, they stay your avatar dragon even when they're in a different lair. So the goal was to have a whole ton of people who all had the same silly dragon as their forum avatar. I think they all used the same vista too?
You can see what he looked like with the skin and stuff in the meme art in OMAEWASHINDERU's bio that FallenEclipse linked. The meme art is at the bottom so you'll have to scroll. (I'm sure there's actual screenshots out there but I wasn't a participant so idk what the thread was or anything)
