There's a new gene pair in town! I've added Python and Morph.
I prefer Morph. Python is so bold and busy that it's very hard to mix with tertiary genes.

Bar/Daub: bar! i appreciate how daub can darken but it just doesn't look good to me, but i actually love bar
Cherub/Seraph: both have their uses! i like them both ^^
Clown/Eye Spots: clown, tbh. it can work sometimes but eye spots just... i can't
Crystal/Facet: oof, i think both have their uses as well. i tend to prefer crystal, though, i think?
Falcon/Peregrine: peregrine! i love peregrine. falcon is nice but hard to like for me
Giraffe/Hex: giraffe looks better as a primary pattern than hex as a secondary pattern to me. so, giraffe!
Iridescent/Shimmer: BOTH BOTH BOTH IM WEAK
Jaguar/Rosette: jaguar all the way! i've never really liked rosette
Jupiter/Saturn: honestly these genes are still growing on me, but i think i generally prefer jupiter
Laced/Edged: both are tricky :/ not a huge fan of either sadly, though, very rarely they work. i don't know which i like more... edged does look good with cherub though
Lionfish/Noxtide: noxtide! noxtide! noxtide! (i can appreciate lionfish but i generally do not like it much)
Metallic/Alloy: frankly? neither. once in a while they work but most of the time i just can't like it :/
Mosaic/Breakup: i have to say mosaic on this one. i actually really don't like breakup's mane even if i appreciate the aesthetic
Petals/Butterfly: butterfly!! i love how you can see the big gradients, and the simple splashes of color are better in my opinion
Phantom/Spirit: not really a fan of either atm but i think phantom is better; i don't like trail much and spirit reminds me of colorless trail
