I don't think there are ANY colours I like over all the available genes.
I ([i]for example[/i]) only like silver with Giraffe/Hex and Goldenrod with Poison/Toxin and Facet:

Orca's great.
Edit: Orca's kinda hard to use as a tert sometimes, though. BUT at least you get the option of pure offwhite for some genes!
