Vulcan swings with all his might, blade glinting. The Peacock rears back, but too late as the sword slices the Peacock's chest.
As it screeches in pain, Andrine leaps onto it from behind, digging her scythe into its neck.
The Peacock throws Andrine off, but as it does, Triin comes charging like a rhino, crashing into the peacock and throwing it into the sharp walls.
The peacock, dazed by the impact, gets impaled, straight through the neck, by Plateau's keen strike.
Almost dead, Flare blasts the peacock with a torrent of blazing fire. It screams its ear-splitting scream as its last remaining feathers ignite like matches, and the seared corpse of the peacock falls to the ground, finished off for good.

BATTLE OVER

Leoline shakes her head and wakes up. The other knocked out team members stir.

Jester whimpers.

A terrifying force is about to descend upon Fool's Origin.

The walls go in closer until they are symmetrical like a hallway with torches lighting the way. The stench of dead dragon grows stronger.
