That seems to be the case with most of the Ice dragons, really, considering how...warm it can get up here. There's even a special group of dragons led by Galena and Ori specifically for diplomatic missions to the Icefields, trained to brave the weather and terrain in addition to the usual ambassadorial faire. I would know, Odelia and I are part of it, ourselves, now.
