Is Nurotach's fur waterproof since he surfs a lot? Or does he use some type of coating to prevent the water from getting stuck in his fur and weighing him down? Or does he just become a soaked cat xD

Soaked cat all the way lol, he loves getting wet; he wouldn't be surfing if he didn't!
Though i guess it does make sense if he gets his fur trimmed down once and while to prevent it from getting too long and in the way when drenched.

Does Rowdy prefer other dragons to approach her from the side of her working eye as opposed to her blind side? Does her missing a leg throw off her ability to balance while flying at all?
How did Hound lose her leg. Was it from one of her assassination missions or something else entirely?
Does Pumpkin ever fly? If so how does she navigate the air seeing as a cane wouldn't work in the sky.

Do Antikythera's engineered wings have any difficulty dealing with natural elements? Like does she need to clean/oil it to prevent rusting, or does it ever over heat and burn her.
If Florian's autism causes difficulty to communicate or interact with other dragons in any way I'd say it counts. What way does his autism effect the way he interacts with the world? Does he have hyper sensitivity or difficulty reading other dragons or social cues?

Eustace is Deaf and has been since birth. She communicates using sign language, but if thats not possible she writes or her husband Eros acts as an interpreter

Tropico has chronic pain especially in his wings, meaning that the muscles are underdeveloped and he has difficulty flying, so he made a wing brace to help manage the pain. with the brace he can fly, but he prefers not to

This dragon is displaying an cosmetic effect.
What follows is the item description:
Oooooh, shiny! This item applies a vertical gleam of light cascading from left to right across just the apparel of the dragon. Like apparel, skins, and scenes, effects are purely cosmetic items that can be added and removed from dragons at any time.
Enoch is displayed as a fallback image due to an error while loading Effect: Sheen effect.
This is a static effect.
and if you're counting it, Grimly's autistic

I'm glad you liked Tolpaki's story. One of the concepts I enjoy exploring is how our ability's and disabilies affect us. Sometimes having the talent or ability to do something unique can hurt you as much as help you, and sometimes having a disability can teach you and let one appreciate things others over look.
Limbani looks really cool! How is the way other dragons treat and view her effected by her appearance? Seeing as her eyes got her sick a lot, have you made a lore reason as to why she hasn't gotten them removed to prevent further damage? If she could fix her appearance would she want to, or is she proud of how she is. I asked other people this same question but how does her near blindness effect her ability to fly?
Is Juniper unable to do certain activities due to the risk of damaging her heart, or are most things safe for her as long as the heart is maintained? Do other dragons stay nearby her often to watch for complications? Or are problems with the heart rare and Juniper able to read the signs of problems and get help when needed?
I agree in that the different quirks in personality, appearence, and lifestyle of dragons leads to a more accepting world where uniqueness is more accepted. I like trying to think about how the dragons of different origins would interact with eachother despite their differences. One of my dragons (Sporzi) has multigaze gene, the parents were just like, ok, this is fine, and treated him like any other dragon, while still being mindful of how his trait might effect him.

My avatar guy, Labradorite, is legally blind. His eyes were almost clawed out by someone who owed him a huge amount of money (this one's actually a very, very long story), the same crook also completely destroyed Labradorite's lower jaw in a massive fit of rage. His left eye is missing, but his right one can still see things, albeit not particularly clearly. But despite all of his injuries Labradorite is one of, if not the most skilled marksman of the land. How? The answer is simple: not only did he not lose his sight completely, as I've said before, but he also manages to predict his opponents' actions by listening to the sounds they make and observing every movement of theirs (static objects are less discernible to him than moving ones).

I love Tolpaki! I think the lore is really good and so sweet in the end.
Do fandragons count for disabled dragons? Because I have a few fandragons that definitely are [s]and totally aren't mostly the same character.[/s]
StephenStrange and a lot of his variants have Doctor Strange's canonical scars and disability- His hands were messed up in an accident, so now he has scars, nerve damage, shakiness, and limited mobility, as well as chronic pain. These are the ones for sure I know have the scars and such.

As for non-fandragons, I haven't gotten around to writing down their lore yet, but I have it in my head.
Loki is a shapeshifter (he isn't quite Loki, but he is heavily inspired by his Norse namesake) but is currently stuck in one form because something with his magic broke.
