but i did use stained for my girl here, to get the right shade of gold for her :)
stained and soap are literal life savers when it comes to trying to work with an otherwise tricky tert! i kinda feel guilty if i catch myself using it too much tho :(( anyway here are some scries for some wip projects i have that use stained!

[center]Stained is definitely a tert saver sometimes. And yes, it really does produce some of the most neat colors!
Her tert is Sunshine. That bright orange did [i]not[/i] look good with any other gene. But with Stained, she fit this skin I had perfectly.

Stained really allows for some beautiful colors! Here are a few of my dragons who have put it to (what I'd like to think is) good use:

oh i ADORE stained !!! it’s such a. great way to get a nicer more harmonised palette. i’m less a fan of when it’s like painfully obvious there’s something unmatchy laid over it but i adore when it mixes the colours well. my favourite example is my girl, she looks so pretty but without that stained?
