The Frostbite Clan resides at Hollow Shore, a seaside town. The beaches are littered with trash tossed from boats. The stink of rotten waste wafts in the air.

Some clan members sift through the trash for resources. Others avoid the ocean in fear of falling ill. Tainted, mutated octopuses are the only food that scavengers bring home - after all, nothing else survives in the waters.

The matriarch, Joiera, lived at the Frigid Floes. She moved her clan to Hollow Shore after too many succumbed to ruthless storms. Now diseases plague them instead.
