She's not fully scried yet, but I'm thinking she's an angry transcended alien hellbent on destroying the stars she once created. I really can't decide what she should wear, but she'll have a skin eventually! tl;dr She is furious at "mortal" people for no longer worshipping her for creating the stars so she is starting to snuff them out. Her scry isn't final either!

I'd like to avoid gem apparel if at all possible, but if 1 or 2 pieces are absolutely perfect for him, go ahead and toss em in! and obvs you can use what he's got now :3

here is your silver fairy prince! <3 i immediately went for the stardrapes for that sylvan effect on his wings and then gradually added more similar-coloured items to accentuate other shades of purple and grey! the moonglow thorns are optional if this is outside your budget. hope it fits your boy!

She's based off an old D&D character. She's a warlock, with purple, dark purple, and silver aesthetics. So something magical, elegant and somewhat threatening looking, but not super edgy. Her human character in D&D had a cloak that was somewhat based off Lalouch's cloak from Code Geass, with the big collar.
