My clan has two librarians, a couple named Verne and Folklore. While Verne is the "official" head librarian, the two are really equals. They maintain both rare manuscripts and books that circulate to other clan members. They do genealogy research and even run a hatchling story hour.

He maintains both the digital and hardcopy records of everything in the clan. Everything from medical records to scientific studies to maintenance records go through Leaper's claws. Leaper knows basically everything that goes on in the clan. (He's also my leap day G1, and the best G1 I ever hatched myself)
