Irmentrud is a mad scientist who makes Dr. Frankenstein look like Bill Nye the Science Guy. Vladimir Demikhov's two-headed dogs ain't got nothin' on what Irmentrud has done...and plans to do in the future.
She synthesized a homunculus out of Shade essence and her own blood, and then faked its death so she could keep studying it even after the clan leader told her to get rid of it. She faked its death by bribing one of the clan's mages, and threatened nasty things to him and his family if he blabbed.
She stumbled across a strange Ridgeback who had spawned out of the Wyrmwound one day, and whose loose flesh seemed to turn into living organisms. She then decided to keep the Ridgeback under spartan living conditions - I mean, "tight watch" - in order to maximize the potential for samples of his magic flesh. What she will do with the living flesh creatures remains unknown. Some rumors say she wants to make an army with them. What she will do with the army remains unclear.
