My entire clan are beastclan allies, but there is one dragon who specifically handles most exchanges between beastclan and dragons. That would be Kaehara and her "work" partner A'rayk (who is a Renegade Aviar).

Kaehara wandered off as a hatchling and came into the (very fortunate and forgiving) care of a flock of Aviar, and befriended A'rayk. After learning about their culture, threats to their people, the good they do for other beastclans, and the fears of many beastkind, Kaehara returned as an adult to her adoptive clan of dragons to forge a society of safety for non-dragon beings.

Wolf is pretty far from an ambassador. However his anthropological research often put him in the midst of many beast clans and his reticent demeanor make him easy to interact with and far from threatening for beasts.

And his son, Vulture, can talk to the beastclans! However, he's avidly against them and doesn't want anything to do with what his dad used to do. However, Talona keeps trying to recruit him, as he's a skilled assassin. Basically Vulture hates his life and is an edgy teen.

He may not have heard the warning "Tengu will attempt to confuse and lead the unwary dragon astray." He may have been the first to even say the warning but has gone a tad obsessive in his studies. Hence living among them for long parts of the year and dressing like them. Yet his papers have shown that maybe dragons could turn this force to thier will.

She is fierce and can hold her own in a dangerous world, but despite her ferocity has a gentler, kinder side. She is confident and makes friends with relative ease, though keeping friends is somewhat of a different story.
