I haven't participated in one of these in a while! Clan Twinstar doesn't have any designated Beastclan ambassadors, but there are three dragons in my lair who might be more likely than the others to end up in that role somehow:

Northstar runs the Twinstar Inn, and is always willing to offer good food and comfortable rooms to any who stop by, whether they be dragons or Beastclans. Lately, he's struck up a friendship with a Harpy who arrived late one night claiming she had nowhere else to go. She's been living in the inn ever since, but unbeknownst to Northstar or anyone else in the clan, she's actually an Eye of Talona. Clearly, Lady Talona has taken an interest in Clan Twinstar, though for what purpose remains unknown. Whatever the case, when the time comes, Northstar might very well find himself having greater responsibilities than he ever bargained for...
(As a side note, I've been wanting for a while now to write up the scene where Northstar and the Eye of Talona meet for the first time, but I haven't gotten around to it, unfortunately.)

Almarkand is a traveling merchant, and seen more of Sorneith than most others in his clan. His journeys have often brought him into contact with various Beastclan groups, though so far, his relationships with them have been strictly business. Still, he knows more about the Beastclans than most others in his clan, and could certainly serve as an ambassador to them if the need ever arose.

For most of her time in Clan Twinstar, Cousteau was in charge of taking care of the clan's aquatic familiars, and cared little for the world outside the citadel. All that changed when word arrived that the Tidelord had vanished, and like many in her flight, the Nocturne was overcome by despair. Recently, however, she's joined in the search for her Flight's missing deity, even to the point of recruiting friendly groups of Maren to aid her. Perhaps one day she'll be able to befriend other Beastclans as well...

The Mazebound Penitentiary is mostly indiscriminate in who they actually take into custody and who they hire- as such, they have Beastclan staff and prisoners. The prisoners are usually not under imprisonment by order of dragons, though- usually Beastclan groups will send over their prisoners of their own accord.

Spectre is the Head Warden of the penitentiary- he often meets with the people bringing in prisoners and has mastered the language of each variety of Beastclan. He's also not quite a dragon- though not an identifiable non-dragon either.

Glamour is half-maren, of a Maren family Mazebound supports in their efforts to drive drains from their territory. He usually works as a liaison for Spectre, going out of the complex to talk to people in their homes. He can take the form of a Maren- albeit one with four eyes- which makes it much easier to do his work.

Biohazard is a Serthis with the ability to shapeshift into a dragon. He's technically a prisoner- arrested for testing hazardous potions and tinctures on civilians- but Spectre has since offered him a job as a medic. He developed a charm that teleports people to the medley when they're fatally wounded- he's not technically allowed to experiment on his patients but he's got workarounds for that.

[columns]unlike tooth, zander doesn't need charm or charisma to do any convincing. one look at this battle-seasoned dragon and anyone wise enough to shake in their boots will agree to do nearly anything requested of them. quite efficient for an ambassador, yes?

[nextcol]who needs strength or charm when you can lull anyone into a sleepy state where their defenses are low and their minds are malleable? ilias, with his ability to hypnotize things to dreamy states, could certainly make one heck of an ambassador.

So this is a group that could and does frequently negotiate with Beastclans but isn't specific to that particular group?
Marmadoc is the clan's all-purpose diplomat, he also negotiates with other dragon clans as well as the local beast clans:

Foxglove is both the clan's resident librarian and the closest thing the clan has to a beastclan ambassador; after saving the life of a Raptorik warrior, he found himself held in higher regard than most by the local Talonok.
Being the son of the matriarch, he was able to get the clan to declare themselves a neutral ground for first Talonok and dragons, and then all beastclans, though the amount of raptorik and corven in the dam is still twice as many as any other beastclan.
Thanks to his efforts, the clan is well known as a safe haven for all beastclans, and a very good place for them to get their hands on the crafts, knowledge and magical artifacts of dragonkind that they'd previously thought impossible to get without a great amount of force or subterfuge.

Penumbra is another one of the matriarch's children, and unlike his brother, he is more often surrounded by Serthis; in his quest for power, he made an alliance with a serthis ambassador, who was meant to find his way to a plague clan, but never quite made it there. They found a shared kinship in their unscrupulous ways, and he soon found himself as the conduit through which all serthis made their dealings with the clan.
