I also love how her eyes sort of fit with the lightest green parts of the skin, it really ties her together. You've done a great job balancing the oranges and blacks so that neither is overwhelming and she really looks like a calico. I love the use of antennae to mimic ears as well as her little cat friend! @Aurelyon » It's starting to look like perhaps one of these days all of your lair will have made it into my top five. As it should be, I say. Overcast Butterfly is truly a gift to Sornieth, and I love how pretty it is with the silver... ribbon... things? Whatever those are on the skin. Beautiful and shiny. Yet another luxurious dragon.[/columns] [columns]I spent a good long time looking at this dragon trying to figure out what was going on without cheating by opening the scrying workshop or pulling up the skin. The thing is that all the sseparate pieces just mesh together so well and the rags don't gover up the smoky part of the skin - so it looks like the skin is more a part of the dragon than normal. So that is an A+ skin/dragon combo. I also like the Koi as well, but covering up the face with the skull had the (to me, counter-intuitive) effect of softening the dragon rather than making her more dangerous-looking. All in all, a wonderfully coordinated dragon. When I clicked on her page, my first impression was that this was a polished, overall good-looking setup. Her scene pairs very well with her familiar and general vibe. I immediately thought of Resident Evil: Village, and the Manor. I was taken aback when I saw she didn't have lore, because she looks like she would make an amazing character! Throwing in some Jonathan compliments here too because why not: his accent compliments his apparel splendidly and he gives off a very distinct vibe of the hyenas from the Lion King somehow? and also Firebenders in Avatar: The Last Airbender. The gorgeous muted colour scheme, the minimalistic yet impactful outfit. If I were to go on colours alone my first guess would probably have been that they are an earth dragon, with the stony brownish greys and mossy greens. But the apparel makes it abundantly clear just how obviously they are aligned with wind. The mistral mantle and wind aura are especially perfect together, looking like the feathers of the mantle are being blown loose by the wind. They remind me of a tundra biome, earthy with ample wind rushing over the open plains. Love the use of alchemy in lore to explain why dragons change genes and colours, but I do feel for them losing their powers. I love the layout of her bio as well. It is simplistic, individual and so easy to read, it makes for a wonderful experience. As for Jude themself, she's a wonderful combination of vibrant reds and blues. I think one of my favourite little details about her is the way that the solar flame cloak swoops in the same direction as her fur and markings. The perfect colour match with fade/blend and the transition O.O perfection! Honestly I love everything about Ravi, the ivory scale set with its yellow accent to match his tert and the fade in colour playing off his genes perfectly. Even the white from his apparel ties in with his horns. Its just the way that you dressed him is perfect beyond words, 100/10 dragon! Truly a fitting name, combined with his wing colour and occupation as a tavern keeper it's fantastic. And another example of brilliant choice in apparel, the colour match is yet again perfect! But what probably first caught my eye was the contrast between the maize primary and the reds. Looking closer tho there is a tint towards pinkish red in the iridescent Creating a contrast yet cohesiveness, with the secondary, at the same time. Yet another absolutely winning dragon! The first thing that stands out to me here is just how genius the bonecarver’s wings are together with the ghost tert. In general Danny has one of the best uses of ghost and apparel combination I've seen. The hints of orange in the ghost, creating the illusion like it's being illuminated by the fire apparel. As for the flames themself, they are so evenly spread from his primal to blaze branches , creating a dance of flames from head to claw. I'm reminded of a lost spirit, made up of fire and smoke. She has a really nice, dark, almost vampiric vibe to her that we are definitely all about! Really liking the dark, muted colors with lighter highlights. Her apparel really fits her and also love how matchy her familiar is! She's very brightly colored and we didn't even notice she had Capsule until now! We don't really like Capsule too much ourselves but she also manages to pull that off as well!
