She was inspired by the song The Girl by Hellberg, and the legend of Masha.
This dragon was exploring one day and happened to fall into a old set of catacombs set up by the humans before their demise. She wandered among them until her death, and was cursed to seek out the 'brightest star in the sky', referring to this guy;

His speech is too garbled to understand, so he communicates with paw signals. He's still devoted to his cause, but he's decided to remain in the clan this time.[/center]

The clan allows them to stay within their territory largely because they [s]usually[/s] don't hurt anyone, but live in their strange little hut just outside of the Hewn City. They don't talk much and keep to themselves, and have never outright caused harm, but they can be... spooky. Even some of the Guardians and Imperials get a bit wary about having to talk to them. It probably doesn't help that there's always this murky steam, [i]fog?[/i] from their strange brews, or that you hear strange, tortured noises in the early hours....

It must've once known it's name and language, but now it seems eternally lost, and it's soul isn't behind it's eyes. It's bandages need regular replacing, as it's pocked hide is constantly secreting some rancid sludge. Perhaps the substance it's egg was dipped in to raise it, or just old, rotted blood. The peculiar creature does not speak, and hasn't hurt anyone- but it is massive, and completely obedient to it's masters.
