I am going to keep her, and I got another one to breed her with, so I have a breeding pair. Can I be listed as a breeder of Nisshokus? Is there a process to get approved?

To get approved as a breeder, you must currently have two Dragons that have a 75% chance (or more) to produce a variant or Tsukimi. In this case, you'd need a male with either Nisshoku colors or Gesshoku colors to qualify. :3
I'll add your two Dragons as a breeding pair if they qualify, once they grow up.
