Something that is amazing, especially with Fae, is that the brown colors turn absolutely beautiful with Iri/Shim. Shimmer on us Fae is just spectacular! What's really cool in this instance is that the Brown Shimmer is distinct enough from Brown itself that you can use cool genes like Smoke and it still shows up very visibly! Here is an Iri/Shim/Smoke Louve. Gembond. If you're wanting to play up on that Earthy look, Gembond makes her look like a pretty shiny little pebble. Like this! That makes Ripple and Clown really good contenders, if you want to play up that stark accent. And so does Brown! Eye spot here might be fantastic. Seraph will work just as nicely. This is what we would go for, looking at treasure-only, easily obtained genes. Gembond could be used in place of Underbelly. But I also didn't realize how great ripple/eye spots/belly looks on her, too! I almost never try out eyespots, because I usually hate it, but she looks like a butterfly :O *flails* Thanks so much it's so beautiful.

I need to go out and buy some fluffy fur for her. Make her look like a moth. Yisss.

We are, after all, the most beautiful of dragons. I'm so beautiful I even named myself after my Flight, because I'm just perfect for it. And Obsidian is so notoriously difficult because any gene changes often lighten, rather than darken, the effect! Sometimes basic is just beautiful. I'm still basic. Nothing has been good enough yet. At all. Maybe this new rumoured Primary gene will change things up! Who knows? That's tough! You don't want to lose those beautiful Circuity patterns as that's what's making you amazing. And that accent is perfect too. We're talking minimal. Subtle. A really good choice, to keep in with that circuit theme, is to go for bare minimum Silver Steam punk. The colors are mostly black/white. Limit it to the gloves, boots, scarf; maybe goggles and wings if you feel like them. Let that circuit show! Or maybe a simple Cyan scarf. Let me find Thunder. Thunder is another perfect circuit. Cape is what makes you look tough. Here's what I wear. Add in a few scars to show the harpy challenging you is a dead harpy. I know your pain. Fortunately for me Smoke came out, and it works. Yours though, more limited. I like your future gene choices. They work. Definitely. Mulberry is a good color. Ice is always pretty. Stripes also works in place of Current. It's a little more busy but puts the focus onto the bright Mulberry. Looks good. Could also take Spring as Underbelly. Looks good with the Mulberry, keeps it from making the Ice look bad. I've been debating between circuit and gembond for babau for some time, though now I wonder if gembond would be covered up or clipped into by her accent?))

There's a temporal shift in the Scrying Pool that means that Circuit Spring....actually looks wrong. It looks like Circuit Leaf, and although that looks very, very pretty at the moment - it's likely one day to be fixed. That said...it's very pretty. Here's your look, how it would be (using your Current/Ripple combo and again bearing in mind the Leaf/Spring issue). It certainly is nice and I think won't change much when Spring is fixed. But yes, after more consideration...I would favour Circuit over Gembond. It actually blends very well with the Ice and doesn't stand out starkly like I thought it would.

((Faes look so lovely with gembond, I'm determined to get a few jewel-toned butterflies sooner or later~ But it'l have to wait until I have a great deal of lair space I think. nwn I didn't intend to just have circuitry faes, but I wanted some tron dragons and fae were what I ended up with. nwn ))

Maybe get the Blue Wooly set - they're a bright vivid blue too, and it'll bring more of the attention onto the blue wings. Then you could try the Sky Blue silk set, if you want to keep up the blue; Golden if you want to keep up the yellow, or maybe Gossamer for white! All of those would work.
