Lenneth let out a little gasp when she saw the map appear upon the scrap of paper. Her casting actually worked? She had to admit that she was a little bit proud of her small act of magic.

The Gaoler took a closer look at the map and tried to find a way back to Millmeadows. She saw other places on the map that were vaguely familiar but no direct route back to her birth clan. She should have pained more attention to her geography lessons! Lenneth chided herself. Her only option it seemed was to go to one of the places near to where she was then go on from there. Lenneth weighed up her options, but it didn't take long to decide where she was going to go. Bamboo Forest. She was a wind dragon living in a nature clan, any kind of forest was like a second home to her.

With a newly refound sense of purpose, Lenneth stretched out her wings and followed the map.

She had never been adept at destructive spells. Create an updraft, set a few tops spinning, throw her voice down the wind-- those sort of spells she can perform any day. Summoning a more powerful wind was harder, and it didn't appear that the green light did anything to change that. This was probably for the best; she didn't particularly want to use her magic for fighting. The breeze was, apparently, strong enough to try to pull the piece of paper away. Oh, shoot! Minstrel lunged forward to pin it against the box. Looking down, she saw that faint lines were emerging on the page. Perhaps her cyclone had done something after all. A map of sorts emerged in a number of little green swirls and hatch marks. She could see a bamboo forest in a mass of twirling reeds, a few familiar regions of the Plateaus, and several bare patches the map hadn’t filled in. There were no marks that seemed to indicate the Millmeadows. The west, notably, was completely bare of noteworthy lines. Minstrel packed the pendant and paper back into the box and tied it onto one shoulder. She then turned due west, toward absolutely nothing. Where’s the fun in going somewhere she already knew about? She was a wind dragon, this was the Mistral Jamboree, and that meant adventure. If the mapmaker hadn’t seen anything interesting in that direction, then they hadn’t looked hard enough, and Minstrel was going to find out what there was to see.

That's too much power and now the paper's gone. Hopefully it wasn't that important...

Mesa pauses to take note of his surrounding before deciding to follow a nearby deer game trail

The animals know the area better than he does after all

The cavern bottom opens to three traversable paths, you decide to take the path to:
 1. The cavern from which you can clearly hear music coming from.
 2. The cavern which the rain water flows into.
 3. The particularly dark tunnel.
