Details- The picrew I made for him isn't too spot-on as a reference. The pointed ears and the moon clip were chosen for aesthetic choices, his glasses are a deep blue color, and the outfit I had to make up a bit.
Instead, may I get him with perhaps a simple shirt and a jacket over it? Along with that, if you could draw him in a sort of stereotypical 'the villain's snapped and it's time for maniacal laughter' kind of pose, that would be great!
(I can give more information if need be, and even additional points of reference. Sorry so much for the hassle! ^^')

Details- He's generally just,, a himbo, to say the least. Very sweet and kind, loves his pokemon dearly, and thinks of the evil team he's a part of's plan as just summoning a big water dog. I'll let you take full artistic liberty on everything!
(The better refs to use are the fullbody and headshot picrews made by the same person, as he has a stockier build like that. Also, feel free to give him any 'dad shirt' you'd like, the design is entirely up to you ^^)
