Smeowchi's Lair

This is where all dragons powerful or wise enough to join The High Order live. Upon joining, they are made garbs that represent their role or element, which may take a few days to a few months to make, since the outfits are all handmade. Even some hatchlings or trainees, who are chosen by The High Order, may join them, but the chances of that happening are slim, unless they have something special about them, like Watcher. Hatchlings and Trainees must come here before going to their own areas.
