i also will probably dm you about wips + more specific details as i go about doing your commission to get the details you want in the piece. and, if possible, i would love some visual references to potentially go along with your notes. for example, a rough sketch or a photo of what might the shirt/trousers/shoes look like, what might the sombre effect look like for the tail/hair, etc.

no worries if you can't get any refs, i'll do my best to dm you about it as i go just to make sure i get all the things you want into the piece x)

Actually thinking about it you can have him also wear a travelling Cape, have a hood be on it, just not raised over his head, make it lay flat like in the picture

Also I was thinking that you could have his horns have that affect as well, both on the rounded and straight horns, going from black to white. With the rounded horns have there be more black while on the straight one have there be more white.

Horn gradient and difference in the amount of each color that dominates(as hair goes it should be half half with the transition inbetween)

Basically I'm trying to make a yin yang version of this character. With the purple staying as his own color.

Btw, for the gradient, as I saw u didnt do such a thing in any of ur art pieces, I placed down the 2 base colors, used the air brush with 3 colors inbetween them from lightest to darkest, then used the smudge tool and went from darkest to lightest. If that makes sense.

thank you so much for providing all that, it's really nice, and it's definitely going to help a lot! (and yeah, i don't mess around too much with colour mixing/gradient effects so this'll be fun. i'll definitely be showing you the progress for that stuff, just to be sure!)

if you don't mind, i think it'd be nice if you give a few character preferences for either rough/colour sketch! (they're all so pretty wwww... i'd like to choose based off your preference!)

hello! i'm not the best person with drawing multiple characters in one scene (especially if they're like physically interacting; i'm just not as experienced with this stuff oof), but i can always try!

i know for sure i could do a piece where multiple characters are drawn on the same canvas, but not directly/physically interacting with each other (subtle interactions like looking at each other or making faces i can do pretty easily i think). another thing i could do are things like squad/duo poses? but as i said earlier, i can always try doing an interactive piece! ^^
