i realized that it is not a good system to leave the CR pending until the art is complete, because it could be inconvenient when i accept it after a while. i will return to the upfront payment for the future.

though for the future, i am not sure if i want to do more sketches yet; instead i'd like to offer some color painting experiments that i cannot try on paid work. it would be at least 5k gems. i will think about it.

i decided to switch to a fixed price. this should hopefully provide a better experience, with higher quality and more consistency for the clients, and for me.

i am also currently offering a color painting option. this may be a limited time offer, as i am offering this in order to experiment with improving my underpainting workflow; it may or may not be offered again. we'll see how it goes.
