Sometimes I wonder what the response would be to releasing a gem breed or gene nowadays that is only available in the gem marketplace though very long cycles would be :O
I think it would be nice to see more conversation on how the Wildclaw scroll is treated, cause even though it's been like this for so long, it feels a little antithetical to the game to have a "gene" (using this term generally for any item that changes the dragons physical appearance) to have this mechanic especially, and specifically, when it's an expensive premium item.
Apparel, familiars and other stuff seems fine to me! and of course Imperials are an exception. And seasonal genes (i think smirch is still exclusively NOTN?) seem to be pretty plentiful enough that combats the issue of inflated prices when it's out of season. So the Wildclaw scroll is a pretty big outlier afaik

Woooo I finally got the Wildclaw scroll that I wanted for absolute ages!!!!
Not even sure anymore if I want to turn the dragon to a Wildclaw anymore but now that I have the scroll I have all the time in the world to ponder it I guess
