There are artists who made that item, it doesn't seem really nice to call their art that. As for why it clips, like another user said it can make the apparel less appealing, sometimes you need to suspend disbeleif in order for something to look good. Form over function is often used for apparel items. I don't believe that it's lazy for an artist to make an artistic choice in order for something to look good.

@tapestrybeast Ah ok, good to know...I haven't read the Marva post yet. Looks like we get an extra day or so...that's good, cuz I had a dentist appointment yesterday, and hadn't done my dailies yet, and when I got back, the site was in maintenance mode, so I missed that day completely.
