Don't remove my signature, or trace/copy/alter my art. Resizing & minor edits are fine!
Once you receive the final piece— which will be a digital image, not a physical product— you are allowed to use it for personal use only (no monetizing). If displayed anywhere public ie. online, then please credit me as the artist via name, @ handle, &/or linking to the shop (if unsure, default to calling me PlutoniumElysio).
It is the client's responsibility to save up the correct pay amount before commissioning me. I do not do holds or work without payment. If you need a week to gather up payment once your slot has been calculated/reached though, I can wait!
You are not allowed to request a refund once I've started working on the artwork. If you cancel before I've started however, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason, or exceed 2 weeks to complete it, then you will be fully refunded.
I can make edits to your adopt up to 24 hours after completing the commission if you change your mind about or notice a detail in need of tweaking. I don't do major revisions (ie. gene/skin changes), as that's part of the communicative process.
Due to the following feature being commonly abused as a scam tactic against creators: do NOT chargeback on PayPal before discussing cancellation! If you wish to request a refund, please talk to me & I will transfer the money back to you myself if eligible.
Scam attempts will be declined, PayPal provided the appropriate info of our commission process, & you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece; I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way, & you will not be able to commission me again.
Contact me if you have any questions! I aim to be as communicative & upfront with you as humanly possible, & in a timely manner.
