Honestly while soap is similar to stained... after making a soap gene guide I can say it's nothing like it.
Stained is 1 color covering the whole dragon except a pearlcatchers pearl. Stained is also 1 color.
Soap is 2 colors, covers a pearlcatchers pearl, and parts of it fades and becomes thin enough that the orgional color below it is still noticeable.

Not sure if an admin is going to see this, but @Undel (apologies for the ping here)- I saw your reply to my post here around mid-yesterday and my lair page is now correctly displaying the Frigid Floes background, but my clan profile and nesting grounds pages still show Snowsquall Tundra, no matter how many times I refresh or clear out my cache. I’m not sure if this is just me as I haven’t been following this thread closely, but any idea what could be going on here?

It's still the same concept, no different than Underbelly vs Glimmer/Capsule
