History Unknown
Fincarver does not speak much of his birthclan, nor his parents. He has no comment at all on where he came from, or what his life was like before he joined Minstri's clan. The few times he hints at his past tend to be strange and dissonant. A few dragons in the clan suspect he simply has no real memories of his past, and any reference he makes to it is entirely fabricated.

Black Hat
It is known he is generally disliked by other Coatl. Part of this is surely cultural, his black and white plumage gaining him no favor among his own kind. He jokes commonly about being a "Black Cat Coatl"

Finn tends to be jovial and in high spirits most of the time. His personality serves him well as a merchant. He is easy to get along with, though occasionally crude. His skills as a businessman are equal to none in the clan, and he is known for frequent, underhanded dealings.

Royal Favor
Finn is not a typical member of the clan. He is clever, but not particularly strong. He doesn't care to be involved in violent affairs. Because of this, he is usually looked down on by other clan members. It is often wondered then why Minstri seems to favor him. Especially seeing as how clear it is that he finds her unsettling and unsavory. Finn tends to speak of Min with a great deal of familiarity and significantly less reverence than his clanmates. They are close, but the nature of their relationship is not well understood by others.

Better understood is the relationship between Finnigan and Sovri. The two are close friends and manage all of the affairs of business in and around the clan between them. Finnigan is seen as Sovri's right-hand dragon.

Family
Finn is a dedicated mate to Saldeti, and has always been a loving father to all their many children. Though he tends to be a permissive father, more apt to spoil his children than anything else, leaving Saldeti to the task of ensuring they are strong enough to survive and thrive in the wider world. For Finnigan, his own family comes before the clan as a whole, and his labors have always been to provide them with the most wealth, favor, and advantage possible.
