Abandoned at birth, Whisper was raised in a shadow clan, somewhere in the Unseen Shrine. No details are known about this Shrine, as the location is shrouded (in mystery). She lived there for her entire childhood and some of her younger years. She was taught Shadow magic and how to blend herself in the shadows.
While visiting the rest of the clan, the Covert, she met merchants and heard stories of Waterdeep. As she vowed to not say a word about the Unseen Shrine, she was allowed to visit Waterdeep with merchants. In her 4th visit, her runes lit for the first time. She got a bit scarred as she didn’t understand what was happening to her. In her next few visits of Waterdeep, her runes lit again. Only on her 9th visit of the mysterious town, a stranger told her to look for the Avariels, an ancient family in town.
As Whisper visited the Avariels’ grounds, her runes started emitting more and more light. There, she was recognized as one of them although nobody could say who were her parents.

One of the Avariels there advised her to look for the clan Avalon, in the Fire domain. They supposedly had more Avariels in their ranks.

Whisper left her clan after thanking everyone for everything they did for her, and went on her way.
Weeks later, lost in the scorched plains of the Fire domain, another dragon found her and pointed her to the grounds of Avalon.
She finally reached it all tired. Welcomed by Magma, she found a cave much higher up.
