______ The mate of Blackstaff spends his life as a retired adventurer in lavish excess, confident that he can walk into any tavern and have his entire meal paid for. When the need arises, he acts as a spokesperson for refugee Drow seeking to escape their oppressive homeland, as he has. He is one of the most prominent refugees from the harsh, military-clans of the Drow, and spent much of his younger years in their dog-eat-dog world. He prioritizes the use of stealth and enchantment magic in battle, but more dangerously, he speaks like a politician and lies as well as any. Under the banner of the Moon Goddess, Elistraee, he cultivated a love for music and story-telling. His instrument of choice is the morin khuur.

Rumor is that he is one of the Masked Lords of Waterdeep, who use their anonymity to keep each other honest, but he laughs in the face of everyone bold enough to flatter him so openly.

______He lives with his mate in Blackstaff Tower, enjoys theatrical performances, exotic food, and shameless gossip. Everyone needs a hobby.
