Moriva, of the line of Avariels, with runes that glowed like dying stars and their brethren glowing in her skin, she was born on a moonless night, and if her mother was to be believed, did not make a sound for the entire ordeal. The cosmos were born beneath her flesh, but it would be many years before she earned her title. And then she would earn it a thousand times over.

It was said that her secrets where whispered to her by Elistraee herself, petty or jealous or bored of those who tittered across her sky, and it was in the shadow of the Moon Goddess that she gathered her vials and her herbs, her cut stones and mortar and pestle. She dug deep in the earth, for its terrestrial tools and created such a feast that even the light of the most devout celestials reached down to dance in her bowl. Then she feasted.

When she did, the stars played across her eyes. If she was lucky, they showed her the things they'd seen across the cosmos.

If she was unlucky, they showed her what they'd seen of her.

Everything she saw, she wrote in her tome and shared only with the Moon Goddess.

Beware the Star Eater, her appetite is voracious. Be warned, Star Eater, because when the stars fall, they will come for you first.
