Basil

Basil is quite a shy dragon and can be easily embarrassed by any references to his extensive lineages. Initially he came quite hesitantly to Matriarch Moonrun’s clanhome, intending only to visit for a time, not wishing to wear out any guest welcome. He surprised himself by being willing to accept the invitation of a couple of fae to “try a few Coli runs”, letting himself be persuaded by the fact that they were interested in working with someone new to try out some strategies they were honing.

For a long time he had no idea he was related to or descended to anyone of note until he received an invitation to a Children of the Garden anniversary event. Among other events, there were prizes for telling stories, and even for dressing in attractive or interesting party garb. His first impulse was to crunch up the invitation and throw it away, which is exactly what he did. Where it was found by his curious and excessively organized familiar and self-appointed valet, Irmingard the Stonewatch Harpy. She did not disagree that his initial appearance was perhaps not especially imposing. So she ransacked the clan supplies to create what she felt was a more “appropriate look” consisting of Pearl Roundhorns, Vineyard Carosel Wing Décor, Twilight Rose Thorn Tail Tangle and an Icewraith skin.
